The fine print, kept simple: check-in, payments and house rules
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by noon. Early check-in is subject to availability; message us on WhatsApp on the day. Late check-out attracts a fee; please arrange it before noon. A valid ID is required at every check-in.
Payment & caution fee
Bookings are confirmed on payment, by card through our secure checkout or by bank transfer to Zenith Bank, account name KAIROS RESIDENCE LTD. Unpaid online reservations are held for 72 hours. A refundable caution fee of ₦100,000 is collected at check-in and returned in full at check-out after a routine inspection.
House rules
- Only registered guests may stay overnight; day visitors are welcome until 10 PM.
- No smoking inside the apartments; balconies and the poolside are fine.
- Parties and events must be arranged in advance.
- Pool hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM; children must be supervised at the pool.
- Please treat furnishings with care; damages are settled from the caution fee.
- Noise down after 11 PM out of respect for neighbouring apartments.
