Kairos is an ancient Greek word for the perfect, opportune moment. Not just time passing, but time worth keeping. That word became our promise: every stay should feel like a moment chosen well.

Kairos Residence is an exclusive collection of eleven designer serviced apartments on Frank Okpara Avenue in Dawaki, Abuja. Each apartment is individually designed, from Dubai’s gold-trimmed glamour to Seychelles' sculpted wave walls and Ruby’s crimson velvet, because no two perfect moments look alike.

    Gold-trimmed kitchens with hob, hood, fridge and modern appliances, a neat kitchenette in Miami, plus an on-site mini mart for essentials and snacks.
