Unpaid online reservations are held for 72 hours and then released automatically. A refundable caution fee of ₦100,000 is collected at check-in and returned in full at check-out after a routine inspection.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancel online from your booking page or send us your booking reference. Within 48 hours of check-in, please contact us on WhatsApp; we handle each case personally. Date or apartment changes are free when availability allows.
