01 Check-in & check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by noon. Early check-in is subject to availability; message us on WhatsApp on the day and we’ll do our best. Late check-out attracts a fee; please arrange it with the front desk before noon. A valid ID (national ID, driver’s licence or international passport) is required for every check-in.

02 Payment & caution fee

Bookings are confirmed on payment, by card through our secure checkout or by bank transfer to Zenith Bank, account name KAIROS RESIDENCE LTD (use your booking reference as the narration). Unpaid online reservations are held for 72 hours and then released automatically.

A refundable caution fee of ₦100,000 is collected at check-in and returned in full at check-out, subject to a routine inspection of the apartment.

03 House rules

We keep the residence beautiful for every guest. A few things we ask:

• Only registered guests may stay overnight; day visitors are welcome until 10 PM.
• No smoking inside the apartments; balconies and the poolside are fine.
• Parties and events must be arranged in advance (ask about our event packages).
• Pool hours are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM; children must be supervised at the pool.
• Please treat furnishings with care; damages are settled from the caution fee.
• Noise down after 11 PM out of respect for neighbouring apartments.
