Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in can be arranged on request, subject to availability. Late check-out attracts a late fee — please arrange it with our team in advance.
How do payments work?+
Pay online by card via Paystack for instant confirmation, or reserve and pay by bank transfer — your booking is confirmed once the transfer arrives. A refundable ₦100,000 caution fee is collected at check-in and returned at checkout after inspection.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in — just quote your booking reference. Within 48 hours, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
